Retro A-Go-Go
I always wonder how will it feels like to live the Retro life. I love the Platform Heels, the puffy skirts with Polka Dots, the Vintage Blouse... Hmm, it's like Saturday Nite Live everyday! Which also reminds me of Grease and Hair Spray. Fantastic movies!

A “New York Moment”
I have never been to New York nor am I qualified to talk about fashion in the metropolitan. But I am a writer, and the words that describe my thoughts flow naturally in perfect sentences in my head ever so often – particularly on a rare or poignant moment.
That was what I thought when I slipped on these pumps. It made me feel like I was in New York. Or rather, these pumps are just perfect for a day in New York! I normally wouldn’t even try shoes that have two contrasting colours even if they are very pretty. But I have a friend’s wedding coming up in two weeks with a blue & pink theme. Thus, these pumps couldn’t have fit any occasion better!
Both the pink and blue were made out of satin while the black is actually velvet. They are from Charles & Keith. Charles & Keith, is a shoe line started by Charles and Keith Wong. From the first store set up back in 1996, the Singaporean brand has expanded its wings to countries around Asia, the Middle East and Australia. The brand carries shoes, bags, sunglasses and belts. KL urbanites have every reason to shout for joy when the brand opened here just last year in 2008. I first came to know Charles & Keith when I was on holidays in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. It is funny that the brand reached East Malaysia first instead of Kuala Lumpur.
I will be wearing these babies with a turquoise satin dress and sheer black leggings during the wedding.
Have a good day everyone and keep reading Miss Head Over Heels.

Say Hi To Miss Head Over Heels!
Red Necklace: Flea Market
Earings: Flea Market
Hi people!!!
I just changed my profile picture. For the very first time, I'm revealing myself. And yeah, this is how I looked like for those who have not seen me before. These are the best looking pictures I have in my computer. I hope I don't scare any of you away. Also, these pictures feature some of my styles.
Anyway, I've been very busy these few weeks. That explains my lack of blogging too. I'll try to keep up.
To those who visit my blog regularly, I love you so so much. Big thanks for the support! Keep visiting...
More posts coming up soon... I'm going to put up a post written by one of my best friend. Look out for it! Hugsss...

Who’s The Stubborn Goat Now?
Rokh’s family used to call her “a stubborn goat”. I think so too. She thinks other wise. Well, I think everyone has a stubborn limit.
My mum did not like the idea of me buying this pair because my feet were suffocating when I tried them. I thought they’ll expand a little when I wear them often. So, I bought them. Sadly, this is one of the most painful heels I have. Despite that, I didn’t neglect them. I still wear them occasionally with any LBD or jeans (with a limited time only of course. Maximum of 3-4 hours.) Despite all that, I still adore them.
Thanks to my stubborn attitude, I am officially a goat.

She Flies Like A Dove
Black, Peep Toe Lacy Heels – Charles & Keith
Applause for Wai Ling! The owner of these sophisticated heels.
She called me before she bought them. Contemplating between the White or Black color. Well, I gave her some rational opinions. She picked the White and halfway home, she drove back to the boutique and changed to Black. *laughs*
She’s funny!

I Let Myself Loose
Dark Brown Heels– Zara
When it comes to Zara’s “EXTRAORDINARY”
Well having to say all that, this beast bought this pair of heels in a Zara Sale. They were marked down insanely. You will have to rub your eyes like ten times to believe it. Like the ending of the fairy tale, the beast got the beauty. *wink*
Did I just say that? So lame.

Sorry for the bad photography of the last picture. Only this angle will capture the whole thing. And yes, this picture covers 70% earrings that I own. The rest? I kept them in a jewelry box. Hey I just realized there’s still space for more earrings (wicked laugh).

Just Like Flowers
Don’t they look like they’re real flowers? I had these shots outside my house and I can’t wait these to be posted up ever since. I had a great time taking these shots. The sunshine and bushes are just the right photography. I had these in mind way before shooting them.

Golden Butterflies
Gold Heels - NYC
Wedding bells!!! Can you hear them? I’m not getting marry but my friend and cousin are (I’m married with my heels). I wore this pair in Yee Ling’s wedding (I’ve never seen YL with so much make-up on and she’s pretty) with a LBD. Brenda (a new bride & a dear friend of mine) who was sitting beside me at the dinner table saw my heels. Her roughly said words were “This pair would be perfect for my wedding!” She took a few shots of the heels and plans to buy them for her wedding. Too bad, they were sold off.
I’m so proud of you, butterflies. You shine wonderfully in occasions like this.

Go Green
First of all, thanks to my dear friend, Eileen who took these beautiful pictures of her heels. One fine day, she texted me and told me that she just bought a Nikon DSLR camera. I was so excited for her and immediately I’ve asked her big favors to take her line of heels.
This is the first pair I’ve received from her and one of the finest collections she owns. I remembered that she wore this pair to my friend’s brother wedding and they looked so good on her. I vividly remembered the studded jewels at the top side and they are simply elegant for such occasions.
I also personally like the last picture she took. She also did some editing which highlight the heels even more. Well done.
I’m sure there’s more to come from her. I can hardly wait to see the rest.
Thanks again, Eileen. Love and hugs.
